Note that sometimes it's not mentioned which program. It might be wrong, since I have to guess what it was.

If you ask, I won't add your tutorial. I watch both [info]icon_tutorial and [info]icontutorials, so I'll probably see yours if you cross-post it. Also search via LJseek once a month to see if anything new came up. Regardless of how good your tutorial may be, if you beg for it to be added it won't happen.

guh, i have to ask!
My free trial for PSPX ran out recently and I'm seriously getting paranoid cause i LOVE LOVE LOVE making icons and such and entering icontests.

Do you know anywhere that i can get photo shop or whatever? It would be VERY appreciated :)

A month long trial but you can find cracks and such to generate activation codes and whatnot so it wont expire.
